From collections floors to governed AI agents.
For most of our history the work was people on headsets, supervisors walking the floor and QA teams listening to a handful of calls a week. The rules were strict and the stakes were real: one missed disclosure could cost a client a fine and a customer their trust.
When capable voice models arrived we did not ask whether AI could talk. We asked whether it could follow the rules we already live by. The answer was yes, but only with a platform built around them. So we built Spine, and then the agents on top of it.
- We started where the rules are strictestCollections taught us identity checks, disclosures and careful handling of hardship long before any AI existed.
- We kept the peopleSupervisors, QA leads and specialists still own the decisions that change money or accounts.
- We put everything on a recordEvery agent turn, tool call and human approval is written to a tamper-evident audit chain.
