Partner questions

What partners usually ask first.

Do we need to be a large company to partner?

No. What matters is that you serve contact centers where governed AI would help, and that you can support your clients well. Specialist firms are welcome.

Which systems can Spine connect to?

Telephony and CCaaS over SIP and WebRTC, CRMs such as Salesforce, core banking and loan systems over API, payment links including UPI in India, knowledge bases, MCP connectors, webhooks and a workflow engine. If your platform is not on that list, tell us what it exposes and we will say how we would connect.

Who is responsible for compliance on a partner deployment?

The platform enforces the controls: identity checks, redaction, consent and do-not-call checks, the write gate and the audit chain. The client sets the policy. We agree the split of responsibilities with you and the client in writing before anything goes live.

Can our clients keep their data in a specific region?

Yes. Data residency options include India in the Mumbai region, and the model router can keep work on open-weight models running on our own GPU capacity. We discuss the right setup for each client.

How are commercial terms set?

They depend on the partner type and what you deliver. We do not publish partner pricing. We talk it through on the first call once we understand the fit.
