How a program is shaped, before anyone quotes a result.

Every Bill Gosling Voice program starts from one call type, one set of rules and a short list of measures agreed up front. The profiles below are illustrative programs built from the work we do. They show the problem, what we deploy and what gets measured, not outcomes.

Four illustrative programs

Different industries, the same discipline.

Names and details are withheld or generalized. These are composites of the programs we design, labelled as illustrations so nobody mistakes them for case studies.

01

A US credit union exploring member service voice agents Illustrative program

Member service · inbound voice

The problem. Members call about balances, card freezes, payment dates and branch hours. Hold times climb at month end and on Mondays, and the team that should be handling loan questions spends the morning resetting cards.

What we deploy. VoiceAI on inbound lines for the routine requests, with identity verified before any account detail is read out. Card freezes and payment date changes pass through the write gate. Anything involving hardship, a dispute or a member who asks for a person moves to a member service representative in LiveAssist with the conversation so far.

What gets measured. Containment by request type, first contact resolution, transfer reasons, member effort signals from sentiment, verification failures and every gated write with its approver.

02

An Indian digital lender using origination calls in Hinglish Illustrative program

Loan origination · outbound voice

The problem. Small business owners start an application on their phone and stop halfway. The lender needs to reach them quickly, in the language they actually speak, explain the offer clearly and collect documents without a long back and forth.

What we deploy. Outbound origination calls in Hinglish and Hindi with natural Indian voices. The agent checks eligibility, explains the offer, chases missing documents and sends a UPI payment link where a fee applies. The offer itself is gated against the lender’s credit policy, and data stays in the India region.

What gets measured. Right-party contact, application completion, document turnaround, disclosure adherence under the lender’s scorecard, consent capture and every offer approved at the write gate.

03

A North American utility on billing and arrangements Illustrative program

Billing enquiries · payment arrangements

The problem. A cold spell sends bills up and call volume with them. Customers want to understand the higher bill and split it into manageable payments. Some are vulnerable and need extra care.

What we deploy. VoiceAI explains usage from billing history and proposes arrangements within the utility’s rules. Every arrangement is checked by policy before it is created. Vulnerability signals route the call to a specialist with the context already on screen.

What gets measured. Arrangements created and kept, repeat calls within the billing cycle, handle time on human calls, vulnerability flags and how quickly they reached a person, and Auto QA scores on every conversation.

04

A collections portfolio in early stage recovery Illustrative program

Collections · outbound and inbound

The problem. A portfolio of recently delinquent accounts needs timely, respectful contact within debt collection rules. Contact frequency, time of day, disclosures and hardship handling all have to be right on every call.

What we deploy. Collections flows for promise to pay, payment plans and hardship. Consent and do-not-call checks run before dialing. Frequency and time-of-day rules are enforced by the platform. Plans pass the write gate, and hardship conversations go to a Bill Gosling specialist.

What gets measured. Right-party contact, promises made and kept, plan adherence, disclosure adherence, complaint and dispute rates and the full audit chain for every account touched.

How every program runs

Small first, proven before it grows.

We do not switch a whole queue over on day one. A program earns its traffic.

  • Agree the measures firstYou and we sign off the scorecard and the success measures before a single live call.
  • Simulate the hard callsSynthetic callers test the angry, confused and vulnerable paths, and golden calls guard against regressions.
  • Ramp on evidenceA new version takes a small share of traffic and grows only while its scores hold.
  • People own the outcomeBill Gosling supervisors and QA leads can run the program with you, or alongside your team.
A note on case studies

Named case studies will be published with client approval.

Our clients work in regulated industries and many prefer not to be named. When a client agrees to share its story and its numbers, the case study will appear on this page. Until then we would rather show you a program live than publish a claim you cannot check. Ask in the demo and we will explain what we can share under confidentiality.

We will run the closest flow live, show the measures we would track and talk through how a first phase would ramp.
